Please note that these units are now obsolete and are ONLY supplied on a exchange customer unit Only and where stocks permit an exchange with surcharge basis. Exchange units must be of the identical type and be fully serviceable- No broken flanges.
You have 3 options when ordering-
1- Old Core Supplied with order- Place your order and then send in your old,must be identical and serviceable unit. Your order will not be despatched before we recieve an identical, serviceable, unit from you. You can choose to arrange and pay for the return or alternatively if you would prefer we can arrange this (please message us) however there will be an additional charge of £9.95 (UK) – for overseas please enquire.
2- Exchange Surcharge – A £100 refundable surcharge applies against an identical specification and fully reconditionable unit (c/w fan and pulley) being recieved within 10 days of despatch of your order. Please allow upto 14 working days from the date we recieve your old unit back for your refund to processed.
Please note that the cost of return carriage (for UK customers only) is included (returns labels and paperwork will be included with your order – please return in the box we send out)
3- Outright Sale – Only when stock is available. These units are available on an outright sale only basis No returns are required
