Please initially contact JUST MGB before returning any items for a returns number.
Your item must be returned within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in as new condition and in its original packaging. If the product is damaged or used the product will not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number and a brief description of your case.
JUST MGB suggests you get a receipt and a tracking ID for the return from the delivery service used, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed. JUST MGB will only make a refund of eligible returns.
Please note that any refunds will be sent via the same means as was used for the original payment.
Goods lost in transit are the responsibility of the sender who will have to seek compensation from the courier company directly.
1.2 NON RETURNABLE GOODS
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as Oils, Filters etc. cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are hazardous or flammable. Additional non-returnable items are Gift cards and downloadable products.
To return your product, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are normally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £10, you should consider using a trackable shipping service with the necessary insurance to cover your item against loss or damage. Any losses or damage are your responsibility.
2. REFUND POLICY
Our policy is strictly 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected (please allow up to 7 days) we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection, replacement or your refund.
If you return is approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5-7 days.
2.2 PARTIAL REFUNDS
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Any item not returned in an as new original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not usually be refunded. Returned items must be recieved within 30 days of the date of invoice any item that is returned after this is not eligible for refund or exchange.
2.3 LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days of recieving a confirmation from us please firstly re-check with your bank or credit card provider again as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
2.4 SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are not normally refunded unless deemed faulty.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and this is part of our 2 year RTB (Return to Base) guarantee. If the item was purchased using a giftcard and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
3.1 WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
