All products supplied by us (apart from perishables) are covered by our minimum 2 year no quibble guarantee against failure due to a manufacturers defect. Items will not be covered if they have not been fitted in the correct manner as per the manufacturers workshop notes.
If you are unlucky enough to have an issue with an item in the first instance please email or contact us. We will then raise a returns note reference for you to include with your parcel.
Once we and/or the manufacturer has inspected your item, please allow up to 14 days from receipt, you will receive an email explaining our/their findings. If the item is deemed faulty then we will normally dispatch a free of charge replacement out to you or in certain circumstances a credit note to the value may be issued. No monetary refunds will be offered. If you require a replacement part quicker than this then please purchase another as replacement and if the original has failed due to poor quality then we will fully refund the replacement.
This warranty does not cover, and Just MGB Ltd are not liable for, any kind of additional costs incurred (e.g labour charges or transportation costs etc etc) unless the item was fitted by and payment for doing so was made directly to us.
This warranty is limited to one claim (including the replacement) per item per invoice within a 24 month period from the invoice date.
